HEAVEN

HEAVEN.

Firstly assuming such a place exists, one has to ask " What do you expect to find there?". 

" Will you find peace and love and be waited on hand and foot?".

"Will you be treated like a God and have all your  commands obeyed?".

"Will you spend each moment in the pressence of God?".

Many have their own visions of what heaven may be like but no one knows for sure.

Most people whom believe that Heaven really exists, project a place of bliss and contentment. A place of no anxiety, depression, hate, despair or fear. A place of no negative human emotions. 

MUSIC IN HEAVEN.

"A place where nothing happens".

For many heaven would perhaps be boring and unbearable. Nothing to do but contemplate the  nature of God. 

Music is everywhere and nowhere in heaven, including classical, folk, rock and country.  Auditoriums of holographic concerts are everywhere featuring all the music stars throughout history. 

SOME POSSIBILITIES.

Life would be living like a monk in a monastry and owning no personal possessions. Toiling and praying day and night for one's daily bread and veggies. Consuming meat would be a sin and punishable by God. 

Obedience to Gods laws in heaven are extremely strict and breaking some of them can result in execution or being exiled. ( Remember the violence in the Old Testament and the Great Flood).

BIRTH AND DEATH.

We are all born into each new world and this includes heaven.

Yes, we all experience death in heaven and no one lives forever. Even the gods have a limited lifespan and undergo death and rebirth. 

The God responsible for the Big Bang passed away eons ago and Heaven has seen many changes of management since then.

MANY MANSIONS.

There are Many Mansions in heaven and are owned by the numerous gods and overlords. They have servants imported from various galaxies whom are programmed to obey every order. 

All new souls arriving in heaven are BORN into this world, just like all living things are BORN into their world. 

Each incoming soul is born to parents and are raised according to certain rules and regulations. Children go to school and are trained to be of service to the community they live in. 

Everyone one works until they are unable due to old age or illness. When one passes , depending on one's spiritual progress, the soul is either reborn on a higher plane or reincarnated back on Earth.

"Sex, drugs & rock n roll".

Some believe that none of the above exists in heaven and they are wrong. 

As it is on Earth so it shall be in heaven and as it is in heaven so it shall be on Earth. 

Both places exist within the 9 dimensional planes of Earth and are a reflection within time and Space. 

HEAVEN is not located somewhere in outer space but co-exists within the various dimensions on Earth. Each dimension represents the evolvement of the human soul. As we become more enlightened we are raised up to the higher levels.  

Like Earth, Heaven has many divisions and districts where souls abide by the local rules and regulations. Everyone is chipped and monitored . 

Drugs and alcahol is permitted and any over indulgencies are penalised severley.  

All genres of music can be appreciated at selected venues. 

Again depending on where you reside are certain amenities and entertainment available. 

Certain areas are filled with souls simply seeking more spiritual enlightenment.

Once the soul attains it highest state of being/consciousness , it is transferred to a larger division of the galaxy to govern over its lifeforms. There exists millions of different lifeforms throughout the Milky Way galaxy.

LIFE IS ETERNAL.

The Circle of life and death goes on forever and many lifetimes are usually required to reach heaven. Retaining one's place in heaven is the challenge.

Many new souls make mistakes and break the rules and are forced to descend back to the 3rd dimension of Earth.

 

Life can be heaven or hell and is determined by your actions.

Be Mindfull of living in the NOW and respect all living things.

What you believe so it shall be.

2023 The road ahead.

 

As a writer I write whatever thoughts come to mind and some are prophetic and some pathetic. 

I'm a rare medium and steak my reputation on what I profess. 

I'm a goose that likes to stick my neck out and hopes to keep my head. I'm cautious in what details I give as to what I know and believe.

What I present is "What I see and feel that may take place" during 2023.

THE YEAR 2023. 

The year will be plagued by natural disasters due to the global powers failing to heed the warnings. 

Humanity needs to take steps to reduce the pollution levels of the air, oceans and land. 

Each year and every New Years Eve man pumps millions of tons of polution into the atmosphere during firework displays. This must be outlawed and governments need to be responsible for Duty of Care of its citizens. 

The carsogenic properties of the fireworks are responsible for many forms of cancer and lung diseases.

. Children exposed to these deadly chemicals are prone to possibly developing brain tumours.

Pregnant women run the risk of having their child born with genetic abnormalities. 

Also the damage done to animals and all wildlife is unrepairable. 

This insanity by man must stop now or Mother Earth shall begin culling man. 

 ENERGY.

Man must change his lifestyle and stop wasting energy and natural resources.

Stop all the non required the lighting of cities around the world. One often sees buildings not in use lit up like Xmas trees.

 

The wastage of energy around the globe is huge and accounts for 20 percent of the energy created.

 

We need to become smart how we use our energy resources; if your are cold then put on a jumper and if you are then reduce your clothing.  A little common sense could change the world.

For each problem a solution exists; a little brainstorming may be required.

If we look after Mother Earth and Mother Earth will look after us.

FOOD SUPPLY.

Both energy and food sources will be of great concern and worry during 2023.  

Clean energy and clean consumerable food will be scarce.

Natural disasters will destroy crops around the globe creating pockets of famine in many nations.

There will be numerous food contamination scares involving both meat and vegetables / fruit. These events will make healthy products unaffordable to millions. 

Poor nutrition will result in poor immune systems making millions susceptible to deadly virus's.

COVID19.

Although variations of covid19 will flourish, the deadliest to evolve will be known as STUPID23. 

Stupid people will continue to revax and revax until their immune system crashes.

Too many people will suffer and die from overvaccination, their immune systems will fail. 

 Eventually vaccines will prove useless and a continued reliance on them will prove to be more harmful than helpful.

 Destruction of one's RNA and DNA will result in strange human hybrids being born. Once this happens humans shall undergo a devolution process that will eventually lead to extinction. 

FOOD SHORTAGES.

A number of food products will experience shortages, coffee being one of them. Many people would go crazy without their daily coffee fix. 

Sugar is another food that many are addicted to and a shortage would change the rational of millions. A world of crazy sugar addicts without their daily fix would send many unable to cope. 

A change in the food intake can affect every biological cell in our bodies and eventually  change our DNA blueprint.

What we eat we become.

 

EXTREME WEATHER.

 DOORS.

Extreme weather will destroy much of the global food production resulting in millions of people starving and under nourished.

An Artic freeze bomb will hit the USA, CANADA, JAPAN and most of Northern Europe, which will close down many cities. When this ice and snow melts many cities will experience major flooding.

 

 Floods, droughts, wild fires, volcanic eruptions and earthquakes shall ravish the Earth during 2023 causing disruption and hardships for billions around the globe. 

The war in the Ukraine will continue until there is little infrastructure left standing. Much of the $Billions offered to Ukraine by the USA will be delayed due to manufacturing problems and transport problems. By the time receives the weapons it will be too late.

 

$Billions Will be wasted on this conflict before a truce is signed by both parties around August 2023. By then the country will be flattened to the ground. 

The Ukraine leader will declare a victory and the USA will move in to rebuild the nation.  

The USA didn't provide $Billions in military support without demanding something in return.

ROYALTY.

The British Royal family will experience the sudden death of 3 members and the Queen consort will become seriously ill. 

RELIGION.

The Pope will step down due to failing health and a radical youngish Pope will be elected.

In early 2023 ex-Pope Ratsinger will pass away and his single " I don't like Mass days" with the Boomtown Ratsingers will ascend the charts again.

The Dali Lama shall pass away in his sleep and the search for a replacement will begin. 

If you don't drink, smoke or fool around with girls, then get your resume ready. 

When attending the interview you may feel Deja Vu and therefore feel like you are the reinstated, reincarnated, rejuvenated guy for the job. 

You must answer all questions without mindful contradictions.

Both mind and tongue must speak the same.

No walk-ins, extraterrestials or females need apply.

WAR

Wars will continue or begin in Turkey, Pakistan, Iran, the Middle East and Taiwan.

Wars generate income streams by the sale of weapons, helps reduce population and later provides jobs during reconstructions. 

Around 40percent of America's GDP comes from the sales of weapons of war. Without this income their economy would collapse.

 Social unrest throughout many nations will bring about an economic collapse for many. The quality of life for billions will be lowered and drive many into despair. 

For many though life will be prosperous and they will survive the turmoil.

Remember that "you take the weather with you where ever you go" so be mindful of the sunshine.

I am here today to speak to you about "What is True" and "What is not".

True: In the beginning homosapians were created by a species of extraterrestials called the Annunaki around 250000 years ago. 

We are a hybrid of primitive man and an extraterrestial. 

We were NOT created by GOD, but by a species of flesh and blood.

We were created by the Annunaki as a "work force/slaves" to help them mine essential minerals such as gold and crystal. We were ordered to obey our Masters and taught to worship them as gods.

Over time some humans rebelled against their enslavement and the Annunaki created  a new hybrid with some genetic adjustments.

The new hybrid decided to accept their position and worked hard and obediently with their Gods. 

For thousands of years new improved hybrids have been created.

The original 12 tribes of Israel were the result of the creation of hybrids with 12 extraterrestrial species. 

Primitive man feared thunder and lighting and believed it was God expressing his anger and displeasure.

Aliens descending to Earth inside fiery craft were interpreted as Angels descending in fiery chariots. 

Over time the true creators of man have been covered up and replaced with a false religion. 

Angels replace Aliens.

For many years humanity was governed by both church and state and anyone whom didn't obey the rules paid for with their lives.

Anyone whom questioned the teaching of the church were charged with heresy and burnt at the stake.

Anyone whom challenged the State were often tried for Treason and often lost their head. 

Anyone who challenged either the State or the Church were quickly disposed of or driven out of the community. 

Freedom of Speech or human rights didn't exist anywhere. 

Humanity was brainwashed into believing the creation lie taught by all the religious denominations around the globe.

"So if aliens created humans, then who created the aliens?".

ENKI

I asked this question to the Annunaki commander Enki many, many lifetimes ago, to which he replied;

 " We too were visited by extraterrestials who manipulated our dna and created thousands of hybrids over thousands of years. We were taught to worship and honour the visitors, they were Gods. They gave us rules to abide by and obedience would be rewarded in the afterlife. Afraid to make the Gods angry, we obeyed the masters. 

With each new hybrid we became smarter and began to "Think for ourselves". 

We were enclosed inside The Garden and all our needs provided by our Gods. We were forbidden to taste the Food of Knowledge, which our creators consumed daily. 

One day, a few of us raided the storehouse and stole a quantity of sacred food.

As we consumed our stolen booty we began to feel strange and felt outside of our body. 

I felt connected to life and the universe. 

AYAHUASCA

The sacred foods were hallucinogenic and opened up the doors of perception, I was a cosmic being just like my creators but still in my infancy.  

Now all the neuron transmitters were switched on the impossible became possible and an enlightening future assured.

"All life was one , multidimensional and eternal. Past, Present and Future co existed and physical death simply transitional. ".

UTAALK. " So where and who is God?".

ENKI. " GOD is everywhere and nowhere ( now here ) GOD is consciousness , a divine spark of enlightenment.  God is a concept by which we measure our pain and joy. "

"I guess most humans have been conditioned and brainwashed by their religious and political beliefs that enlightenment to the truth appears an impossibility for most?".

ENKI. 

" The evolution of the Soul takes many lifetimes or incarnations.

. Many souls are young and face many trials and tribulations before they find enlightenment. 

Old Souls .

Old souls often chose to reincarnate back on Earth to offer guidance to the awakening one's.

Often many are reborn into the same family bloodline and kinship continues for endless generations. Karmic debt is repaid before ascension takes place."

"All lifeforms evolve over time and each life memory is recorded on a template encompassing the Mind, Body and Spirit. The data of past life's is only access able by highly evolved beings. ".

"It appears that humanity received your knowledge and guidance and yet some chose to create their own Creation Story.  

Perhaps if God didn't exist, humans would find the need to create one?

"We care for the welfare of mankind and believe that mankind has all the tools and resources to solve all problems and chart their own future.

We face new challenges every day just like Earthlings do, we struggle to remain in harmony when faced with adversity.

" Many humans still question "Are they alone?" Many governments of Earth still continue to deny the existence of extraterrestial.  Why doesn't the conspiracy ever end?".

" Governments want to maintain the status quo and control over the population. 

Perhaps humans are still primitive and immature to be invited into our cosmic brotherhood?.

Perhaps the leaders of Earth are receiving advise from the numerous alien species occupying Earth at this moment in time?

My species may have created homosapiens eons ago, we are no longer the custodians. 

The human race in the 21st Century is composed of a mixture of alien hybrids from a variety of alien species.  It is the division's created by this mixture of races that directs the actions and Future of mankind.

In the Now

               IN THE NOW

                    UTAALK 

 To change the world one needs to change within first, for we create our own reality.           
 Our perceptions of reality are an individual experience, my world is not yours.
We exist in a multidimensional universe, some live in the 3rd dimension, whilst some fluctuate between 3, 4 & 5th dimensions. 
Some humans are new to planet Earth and a few have lived many lifetimes here.
A template of the Soul evolves with each new incarnation and many lifetimes are needed to access all the nine dimensions on Earth.
Souls/Beings on the higher dimensions/planes can access all the lower planes and when they do, they are considered to be either Angels. Demons or Aliens. 
What we see and experience are often misinterpreted. Life is Maya, an illusion?

       Living in the Now.

Enough said on the above, its time to look at the Now.
Now is the time to live and not simply exist.
Now is the time to be a humane Being and not just a human being.
Now is the time to heal thyself before trying to heal the world. All the solutions to your problems can be found within.
Clear away all negative thoughts and beliefs, Let your spirit have a spring clean.
Nurture your spirit with harmonious intentions and discover a peace within.
Let the love of life shine through your being. When you love life, then life will love you back.

Live in the Now, for the past has gone and the future hasn't arrived.
Try radiating Light and Love as you journey through Time and Space.
Walk with a smile on your face and joy in your stride.
Be gratefully for all you have, everything will be provided according to your deeds and actions.
Be kind to yourself and the Universe will be kind to you. Show compassion to others and compassion shall be shown to you.

Fear not tomorrow for tomorrow is a distraction from today. There is nothing to fear but fear itself.
Many live in a Fear world instead of a Free world. The Earth is presently being governed by Fear and this needs to change.

          The Coming Race


For thousands of years human hybrids with alien dna have been undergoing modifications and soon a new breed called The Numans will take control of the planet. Some are already controlling the course of humanity and hold positions in high places.
The present corrupt world will fall and a New World created.
Land clearing around the globe has been taking place in preparation for the arrival of alien refugees.
One day humans will become citizens of the Universe and travel to other galaxies will be a reality. By that time, humans with be extinct and the Numans will become the ruling species on Earth.

So fear not the future for it will take care of itself.
I am in my Sunset Years, recovering from 2 bouts of cancer and ongoing Parkinson's disease. Life is precious to me and each day a blessing. I am grateful for my long interesting and challenging life. I live One day at a time.
Recently I rejected further chemo treatment, which destroyed my quality of life. I meditate, eat healthy, exercise a little and improve my immune system with herbal remedies. I try to get 8 hrs of sleep a night and keep a regular routine.
In my Twilight Years I still have much to say on the human condition. I shall continue to write Bloggs .

Life can be beautiful and often all you need do "is put your head into a better space".

"UTAALK".

In the beginning.

Part 1

In 2005 I bought an old 4 track Reel to Reel recorder for $150 and it came with 2 spools of tape, of which one of them contained the recordings of every Beatles albums.
I had an old acoustic guitar and decided to write and record a couple of original songs, something I hadnt done for over 30 years. I copied the songs onto a cassette and gave them to a music friend I was working with at the time. The next day he came back and told me that he liked the songs and that with proper recording equipment they could sound awesome.

With such encouraging words from my friend, I went out and lay buyed a 8 track Tascam digital recorder. I bought a cheap 6 string electric guitar and a digital effects unit and began some serious recordings.
Meanwhile my friend Matt Jones set about recording some of my songs using Protools/direct input, giving the songs a more heavy metal feel to them.
Just as I was getting familiar with my 8 track Tascam recorder, I won $7000 on Powerball and immediately updated my recording unit to a 24track Tascam Portastudio. I also purchased a 6 string Epiphone Casino guitar/ a Epiphone Beatle bass guitar/ bongos/ tamborine/ a quality Joe Meeks Studio microphone and a mid range keyboards unit.  I added another 6 string semi-acoustic guitar and a 12 string Cort semi acoustic guitar.
I set the Portastudio up in my spare bedroom, read some of the instruction manual and began recording songs for my debut album; it was a dream came true.
I hadnt played bass guitar for over 30 years and I had never played keyboards before, so the whole process was a real learning curve.  I spent every spare moment re-learning and learning to play the instruments and bit by bit I began to build up the recordings layer by layer and then experimenting with various mixes of what I had built up so far. It was slow but totally absorbing and I entered another world when I was recording.
Soon Matt gave me recordings of some of my songs that he had re-worked/ re-recorded and a couple of his own musical pieces he had recorded.  From these recordings became the songs that would be included on the debut album by UTAALK.

Song One.

   Cosmic Girl

"Kosmic Girl" which was originally recorded as a Country song and then I decided to re-record sections to make it more "spacey""cosmic". The song is about adopting a "Cosmic Consciousness" and that we should treat everyone equall regardless of their gender or sexuality; hence my reference to "Kosmic Boy".
I play all the instruments and sing all the vocals, its a totally original composition. Its the first time I played "piano" and it sounds quite good. Im no Liberace or Elton John but Im a pianist. 

Song Two

"The worlds gone Crazy".

I played all the instruments apart from "lead guitar" which was performed by my co-writer Matt Jones. I sing all the vocals and was responsible for mixing and mastering the song. Its a great song about all the "fucking caos and insanity" going on in the world around me and my secret desire to move "off planet". The song took about a week to record, mix and master and turned out a fine 3rd recording.

Song Three

"Love".

Matt provided me with a basic recording of the song featuring piano and guitar only and I added some strings and bass. I listen to his instrumental version and sat down and wrote some lyrics, which took me 10 minutes. I downloaded his recording to my 24 trk Tascam, plugged in a mike and recorded the "lead vocals" in 2-3 takes. I then recorded additional instrumentations and recorded a number of "backing vocals".  Again everything fell into place and I was happy with the end result. I wanted to keep the song simple and childlike and pure; just like "Love" is.?

Song Four

"Democracy Part 1".

I told Matt that I was writing a "Trilogy" on the theme of "Democracy" and that I needed a "heavy metal" piece to use as the "intro" song. I had already began working on " Parts 2 & 3" of the Trilogy and I gave him a rough demo copy of these 2 songs to listen too. A few days later he handed me this "original recording" which became "Democracy Part 1".
I set about writing some lyrics and uploaded his recording and then recorded my vocals onto a number of tracks on my Tascam. In my early days I used to sing a lot of Led Zeppelin songs and I wanted to try and achieve the same kind of power and energy their recordings have. It took me awhile to get the vocals in sync with the music and projected in a manner I was seeking; forcefull and aggressive. The end result is what you hear .

Song Five

 
"Democracy Part Two".

This song is another of my completely "Solo Recordings" where I play every instrument and sing all the vocals. It features a Cort 12 string semi -acoustic guitar/ piano / bass/ strings /drums/ tamborine and bongos. The songs about "Freedom of Speech" or the loss of it in the real world. Its a cry for a "War on Greed" instead of a "War on Terrorism". It continiously asks the question "Will Democracy set us all Free?". Its a beautiful musically layered song and was originally inspired by sections of the Led Zeppelin song "The rain song".  It has a nice calming flow to it like a breeze on a warm evening. One of my most proudest creations.

Song Six.

"Democracy Part Three".

This is another of my "Solo Recordings" where I play all the instruments and sing all the vocals. After the placid Part 2 , I wanted Part 3 to be more "dark and Gothic" in feeling and texture . Eerie and haunting was the theme of the musical landscape I was chasing and Im quite happy with what I created. It was the ideal song to complete my Trilogy on Democracy.

 Song Seven

Rock Bottom

Again this is an almost total "Solo Recording" where i play all the instruments and sing all the vocals. Matt plays "lead guitar on the first 2 verses only and all the rest is mine. Its a happy foot tapper about "hitting rock bottom" and then getting up again to fight another day. It has a 50s rock n roll feel to it and is a great song to end our debut album with.

The entire album was uploaded to my Myspace page and made "free" to download by fans. Within the first year of it being uploaded/posted to Myspace it recieved more than 3 million hits.

 UTAALK had arrived and the citizens of Earth listened intentedly to what we had to say and sing about.

MEN TELL HEALTH

Growing old has its own challenges and battles and Im sure we all feel "whats the point of it all?" some days. Life can be boring; a routine, all work and no play and all for such small rewards. Life must be more exciting than it is for many of us, it seems like the same old daily drudgry. We wake up, shit and shave; eat some shit and off to work we go where we deal with even more shit all day. 

We come home at dark, to hear some more shit, then eat some more shit, then we take a shit and its time for bed again.

Life is bloody tough for many of us and yet we all fight on believing that things can only get better. Life cant be crap all the time. Many people live tough lifes and its simply "a case of do or die " or "when the going gets tough, the tough get going". If life is giving you a tough time sometimes you need to grab it by the balls and show it whos the boss.


Here's a sad song I wrote and recorded back in 2010 called "Made me cry".

                      

If something knocks you down, then get up and fight back, take control of the situation and move on. Dont remain in a negative environment and move on as quick as you can where you have your own space and control.

Dont let Life bully you, be assertive and strong, stand your ground for what you believe to be right and dont back down.

 You are the inventor of your own destiny and follow your yellow brick road less travelled.

Staying healthy in mind, body and spirit is difficult to maintain on a daily basis and we need to be flexible with our governance. 

Firstly one needs to become totally aware of any negative/dirty thinking and immediately change the direction and subject matter of all thoughts into a positive approach. Thoughts like "its all to hard"/ Im too lazy to start anything/ Im fooling myself/ i havent got a chance in hell/ i could never do that/ im hopeless and clumpsy/ whats the point?/ maybe i will start tomorrow and will i ever win" all destroy our motivation and lust for life.

As George sings "If you don't know where you are going, any road will take you there".

We deny ourselfs the right to try and to move on and prefer to stay within our comfort zone. We all share doubts about our own abilities and skills and need some outside assurance to give us a reason to struggle on with all of our imperfections.

 We all possess disabilities and imperfections and we need to accept all our limitations ; to learn to live life the best we can.

Life is not a bowl of cornflakes but at times can be burnt toast and cold coffee, so be content with what you have got.

Gratitude should rule your day; be grateful for all you have and the life you have been given. Treat Life nicely and all will be swell

                   

"Every dark cloud has a silver lining."

Our negative thoughts bring on Dis-ease, so here we have Mind over Matter. Love thyself first and love will be your world. Putting oneself down will only bring one down.

 As you walk through your day try radiating thoughts of Love and Light and you will see the beautiful change to your perceptions it brings.

Talk to the birds, the animals and trees as you journey on your sacred walk; be At One with creation. Life is wonderful and joyfull. Realize you are Blessed to be Here and life is happy to greet you.

Staying in an up, bright , positive mood throughout our conscious life appears to be an impossibility in todays world; we are so bombarded with negative media output that its hard to stay standing up somedays." Death Cults; economic collapses; climate change related disasters and Political corruption and Religious Perversions are the smorgasboard of daily events we are fed". With the internet and smart phones we have become so connected that we have become brainwashed by Globalistic propaganda; the New World Order.

"What is true and what are lies?"

Who do we believe anymore and can we even believe what we are thinking?.

Data overload is killing us all and and we have lost contact with the natural world. We need to take a step back and re-explore the beauty and innocence of life; to touch, taste , see , hear and smell all that existence has to offer. Embrace life as nature intended for you are a Human Being, so its time to start Being human.

The stresses in this modern world are unsumountable and energy consuming and leaves us feeling drained and lifeless. Perhaps at times we need to do "absolutely nothing" all day and rest all day, we need to recharge our batteries.

Grief can be a difficult emotion to deal with and everyone has their own way with dealing with it. On the 10th July 2015 ( yesterday) I lost my dear younger Sister Kathy whom was only 64 and the first to pass away amoungst the 9 siblings. We have all been stricken with various stages of grief and will ALL deal with it the best way we can.

Try to keep emotionally calm and think only Positive memories of the person whom has just passed away. "All things must pass" is a great song by George Harrison and is a great song for such reflections. Trials, tribulations, grief and loss are all part of ones Life Experience and so are Love, compassion , joy and happiness. Our emotions and perceptions in life change from moment to moment and we live in a cosmic sea of constant tidal fluctuations.

This song of mine reflects on " remaining centred "; it's titled " I am here".

                    

There is Good Grief and Bad Grief; duality in all things and how we react to our emotional state defines how traumatic the experience is. Individually we can either give ourselves a Negative or Positive experience from the loss of a loved one; its our choice. I chose to take a Positive approach and 100% accept the inevitability of death for us all.

Our energy levels and our moods change constantly and if we become aware of these changes we can be prepared for them. Awareness of ones environment and ones emotional states are the gateway to enlightenment. Conscious living is where nothing seems real but simply is; a higher perceptional reality. We are a 3 dimensional being living in a multi-dimensional world/universe. Become Cosmic Conscious and see more than the eyes can see.

Some days I dont feel myself and feel as though Im seperated from my physical body; often described as an OBE ( Out of Body Experience). Its a strange experience when its taking place, I am observing life from the perceptions of my Astral Body and everything looks more fluent, translucent and alive.

I once practiced Astral Travelling and Remote Viewing with some interesting memories now stored away in my memory banks. These OBEs I have experienced provided me with Insights into Quantum Physics; Quantum Leaps and the multi-dimensional world I live in. Often I can be" Here, There and Everywhere" at the same time or can be walking through the lanscape of the 4th, 5th and 6th dimensions at the same time .

In my reality, when people talk about the Big Bang 4.5 billion years ago, I give a little grin knowing I was there when it happened. It was a real "Blast 4 me". lol

According to the 1st Law of Thermadynamics, all matter is energy and this energy Never dies but merely changes form; we are all made of the same Quantum cosmic matter and we exist in some form Forever.

 In reality, only 4% of the universe is made of matter whilst 96% of the universe is composed of Dark Matter; proving that "what cant be seen can still be there/exist".
 

So am I living in a world that is Real ? or is this all just Maya; an illusion?; not solid? a fabrication of my own perceptions? 

Looking around me and by what I see, hear, feel, touch and taste I feel inspired get the most out of each day and be gratefull for the crazy insane world i live in. Live in the Now and radiate Peace, Love and Light on all living life, here on Earth and throughout the Universe. 
 

At times, as I grow older, I can feel a little Mental and begin to question what is normal? Can I not be both, seperately and together quantumly.? I often feel like Im the only sane man living in an insane world. 

The world appears to going through a stage where it appears that those individuals controlling my world have all gone insane; lost their marbles; lost the plot.

 "Corruption in high places; endless warring; erasion of democracy; loss of Freedom of Speech; Human Rights; Perversions within the Church; Political Correctness and Invasions of Privacy are just a few of the Global issues/ concerns we all must endure." 

We walk around some days with The World on our shoulders and need at times to "detach" ourselves from these. While we need to still fight to bring Justice to most of the above issues, its important to take "time out" and rebalance ones Mind, Body and Spirit. Perhaps we can save the planet tomorrow. lol

River of Light.

This world can drive anyone insane and we need to detach ourselfs from it and instead journey within and discover who WE really are. "Knowing Oneself "will assist in dealing with the Caos of Humanity and help one make more positive choices and decisions in this environmment/world.

Highs and Lows are part of the human experience, we all feel sad; depressed, lonely and lost throughout all of our lifes; life never lets up regardless how older one is getting. 

Life can be a slap in the face and one must learn to turn the other cheek and walk on your direction. 

If all of our cells have intelligence and consciousness as some past authors; eg; ( The biology of Belief" by Bruce Lipton ) have suggested, then we can actually communicate with every part of our being. Talk to the animals/cells ? I often meditate and send messages to my body cells, thanking them for keeping me alive and asking them to eliminate any harmful cells. Having recovered recently from kidney and bowel cancer (kidney and part bowel removed), I constantly talk to the cells in my body as well as trying to reduce all negative thinking.

A healthy diet is essential to a Healthy Mind, "You are what you eat". Natural whole food, vegies, fish and chicken; plenty of grains; protein and fruit. Stop or reduce all drugs and booze consuption; dont pollute the Temple.

Exercise every day for at least 1 hour; keep moving and motivated. Fresh air and sunshine are essential for wellbeing. 

Exercise can include a healthy sexual appetite; sex is a great relief for all forms of stress and anxiety; you should try it today. As a mature aged male, I still have a strong sex drive and try to keep active in this area when place, time and opportunity fall into place . In my mature years I have become more acceptable to all forms of sexual expression between human beings.

 Hetrosexuality, Bisexuality and Homosexuality are all part of the modern landscape we live in and we need to relate to each other as Human Beings first before defining our gender or sexual orientation. 

We are all humans; all the same race and need to get along with each other. Its a lot better to be "Fucking for Peace instead of Fighting for Peace." Love thy neighbour and love your fellow man/woman and everything in between.

We define our own moral code as we journey through life and evolve through trial and error. The sad part of it all is " that by the time we grow wise and have some of the answers to the questions of life, we die". Perhaps many of us are born wise and are dumbed downed, brainwashed throughout our formative years and become some-one we are not? Some one once said; "give me a boy of 5 and at 10 i will give you a man". 

We have all been " manipulated/ brainwashed and corrupted by Religious dogma; the almighty dollar/sex and drugs/wealth and celebrity/fame and fortune/ lust and lies/ politicians and popculture/tv and the internet/greenies and reddies/love and hate/radio ga ga and MP3/smart phones and dumb waiters/charities and false hope and lunatics. 

 Yes; the Lunatics have taken over the asylum and the whole world has gone mad; except for you and me. We are alone , together, sharing a reality we are yet to understand. In despair, we realize that we can save the planet by procreating our own pure sane offspring; so "its ho ho ho, its off to fucking work we go ". 
 

Keep your mind healthy and you shall be healthy; keep your body pure and you shall be alive. We have to always stay focused on the Trinity of Life in our Mind, Body and Spirit, nuture all of them each day with love and good Kimi intention. 

Be kind to yourself and become part of mankind. Put on a happy face and join the human race. Having a few Hobbies and interests helps keep one busy and active therefore keeping the Black Dog at bay. I keep myself busy creating and recording music in my home studio; writing and Posting Bloggs for various internet sites; reading books on various subject matters on a weekly basis; updating info to the 27 websites i have profiles on; going for walks and cooking. 

The day passes quickly and I dont have time to sit and brood or worry. I give myself chores and projects to work on every day and try to use the evenings for relaxing and winding down. 

Sleep is important and one should try to get around 8 hours per night. Once in bed I try to Meditate and ask my body and mind to become relaxed and at peace with itself. If I have issues on my mind, I ask for a solution to be shown to me in my dreams and that my answers will be there when I awake. One can program the mind to "silently" solve all problems whilst the body sleeps and rests, so dont try to solve your problems whilst trying to get to sleep. 

Mental health is real and to address the issue we need to "put our heads into a better space" or change our thinking. As indivuals we need to take responsibility for our own Mental Health and Wellbeing and begin by taking steps to change our perceptions on life.

. Life is not always a bitch; life can be heaven on Earth, so perhaps attitude has a part in it too. Sometimes we deserve what we get and forget that most of the time it was part of our own creation. Sometimes things come back to bite us on the bum, ouch.

If you are feeling down, go for a walk and share the beauty of creation with the animal, the birds, the bees and the trees and you will come back home feeling truely blessed. Yes, life does love you so please love it back.
